The staff member, Karen, was very welcoming, she sought to understand our requirements for a bed and mattress, had good knowledge, was patient as we looked at different items. She was very friendly and approachable and helped us find just what we needed :-)

Karen found out what mattress would suit me quickly and kept within my budget and offered a variety of different options. She was very friendly, wore a visor and was highly aware of hygiene to protect me and your products for future customers.
