Kim was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to guide us to a product that best suited us. Even down to pillows. Having bought new pillows for the bed, we took those away and have already been getting better sleep with them - very happy and looking forward to the delivery of the bed & mattress. Kim was also really helpful in terms of booking the mattress so that it will arrive at a time that will match the bed delivery.

The staff were attentive, without being pushy, which is a refreshing change in a modern store

The staff paid just the right level of attention to us, to advise and assist when needed but not pressurise. The store was well laid out, bright and comfortable.

There was no waiting for staff when looking around the store, the knowledge was really good and the staff were very friendly, even offering a cup of tea while we looked around your products.

Nigel was absolutely fantastic, understanding what we wanted, very quick to come over and assist, and show us lots of features and functions of the TV bed that we purchased. Going through paperwork was quick and easy although thoroughly explained. Everybody onsite seemed very friendly

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and assisted straight away. The way to choose a bed was explained and then we were allowed to try as many as we wanted. The assistant was very knowledgeable and explained things completely. She also helped with advice about pillows.

Nigel asked me for my requirements and then took me straight to a choice of beds to test. We discussed my options and I decided to take his recommendation. The transaction was completed quickly and efficiently. I look forward to testing out me new bed in a couple of weeks.

We were served by the store manager and we were very impressed with the level of knowledge he had, his interaction with us and the fact that he was not going in for the hard sale.

We were met by a young sales assistant as soon we entered the store, she was very helpful and checked with a senior colleague about things she wasn't sure about. When we had decided on our purchase we were handed over to a sales adviser who completed our order in a very professional manner.
