The Customer Service was excellent and just the right balance of availability rather than crowding/pressure. All our questions were answered and several options provided. Kim was really helpful and advised of an Armed Forces discount also available which made the purchase even more sweet as my husband and I are both serving in the Army. Another member of staff also found my husband's phone which he had dropped whilst trying out a mattress! Really first rate staff that were a great asset to the company.

We had a lot of questions to ask James and he showed total patience and a very good knowledge of the products we were looking at. Most importantly to us, we did not feel rushed at all, neither felt we were being pushed into a sale. In fact when James advised us he was fairly new working at the store we were very surprised as he came across confident and professional. It is so easy to be put off by someone who is too pushy and he was certainly NOT like that - full credit to him.
