Told the man in the shop exactly what we wanted and he helped us find ir

We were served by Kim at the Farnborough branch who was extremely helpful and advised us. Kim gave us information and space to discuss the products. We made a purchase of a King size bed and she was efficient in coping with the failure of the computer system in the store, which she had no control over. A very pleasant visit and as we also work in the retail trade Kim is a member of staff to hold on to.

Partly because I had researched on the Internet and knew exactly the model of bed I wanted! Service was extremely good and we weren't in the shop that long.

We had 3 members of staff ask us how we are getting on with looking during our visit, they were also very busy as it was the sales after Christmas. Kim came over and advised us and was very helpful with her knowledge, she also let me use the staff toilet as I am 7 months pregnant. Very proffesional and friendly service, even got offered a chocolate! We were given all the time and space needed to make a decision and no hard sales were pushed on us. Also we were offered the military discount as my husband is in the Raf. We are very happy with the service we received.

The person who helped us initially was friendly and very helpful, as was the store manager the following day when we made our purchase. What was especially nice was how good everyone was with our 3 year old son. If they weren't, we wouldn't have been able to spend the time needed to make our purchase.

Happy and friendly store. I'm a member of your staff could not do enough in finding me a bed , that is suitable to my needs. The store was well laid out with a good selection of beds, matteress , headboard to choose from. The price range available would satisfy what ever your income. The quality of all products across range was good. Strongly recommend the Farnborough store.

As we entered the store the assistant welcomed us and expanded the colour coded systems on the mattress and the different types and asked which type of bed we were interested in. She then showed us the range and left us too test them. We made a short list then asked questions on each bed which she answered perfectly. We then placed the order which was very simple to do and only took a short time. Overall very good service.

The store was very busy, and we were served quickly as we knew what we wanted .
