Dreams - Farnborough

Firstly we weren't pounced upon and we were given time to look for ourselves before we were asked if we required some help. We were asked by Nigel if we needed any help and after stating what we were after he was happy to help...we asked numerous questions and not at one time did he seem frustrated with us....if fact we had quite a rapour with him and that added to our Dreams experience would, he offered us a drink and then settled to do the sale which was well explained and not in anyway rushed...overall very helpful and warm friendly staff...a pleasure to do business with. Thank you :)

Simon greatest me immediately I entered the store and offered me assistance . I wanted to look at bedding for a superking bed but Simon explained that dreams will shortly be bringing out a new range but showed me all the specials available. He offered me a cup of coffee and I had a wonderful time trying pillows. I bought a couple of cheap pillows but will be back whenever I have any bed/bedding needs as the staff are first class.o

The assistant - Geraldine approached us and gave us the information we were looking for. Did not hassle us, but was available to answer more questions. She spotted our buying signals and helped us make our final decision.

As I entered the store I was warmly greeted by Geraldine a lovely colleague of yours, I explained to her that I was looking to purchase new pillows as I have been suffering with my neck lately, Geraldine took me to the pillow stand and explained the different types and their benefits and allowed me to try them on some mattresses and helped me to find a mattress that was close to the one I own so I could get an idea as to how it will feel. I was extremely happy with the service I received and believe Geraldine to be a credit to your company. I'll be back in the new year to purchase a new mattress from her.

We were highly satisfied because the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Simon, the store assistant was very helpful and left me to peruse at my leisure, he was not 'pushy' which suited me.

The sales assistant, Simon, took the time to understand my needs, guiding me to find the product that suited me, making me aware of all my options, without pushing towards top end products. I gladly spent much more than I initially intended, because I managed to find a product that perfectly suited my needs.

The staff were helpful and knowledgable about the products with good advice which wasn't (at least not obviously ) motivated by the cost of items over my requirements and budget constraints.

The store assistant was not pushy, and very helpful. It didn't feel like we were being pushed into anything, we were given information and allowed to make our own decisions.
