Dreams - Farnborough

We went in there not really knowing no what to look at or what we wanted but within minutes of the sales assistant asking the right questions she knew exactly what we were looking for!! Very knowledgeable and honest about the products that were suited to us kith from a comfort and product perspective but also price. There was no hard se or pressure for us to commit so we popped to a couple of different stores and found the service and overall knowledge of staff as well as price not comparable so headed back to Dreams...within minutes we were committing happily to our new bed and we were pleased that we were able to negotiate a reasonable reduction to the cost to help us to commit to purchase. I have suffered on our terrible old mattress for 8 years it well overdue and after pregnancy and labour plus carrying my son around my back is in great need of comfort and support I'm so excited to get a comfortable nights sleep when our bed arrives in a super speedy 11 days!! The Lady Assistant, KIm, was very helpful, very knowledgeable about the variety of beds and their different pros and cons. In particular the Tempur bed which she was able to tell us all about its advantages with a good explanation. Afterwards, we were left to wander amongst the beds. and encouraged to try as and when we wanted, without her standing over us us and certainly no 'big sell', which for us would have been a complete 'switch off' We thought she was excellent at her job. We had an excellent experience at Dreams due mainly to the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of Geraldine, the Sales Assistant who helped us and guided us to making our choice easily through the myriad of available options.

The member of staff who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products we wanted to purchase. He was patient whilst we made our decision and explained everything clearly. He was friendly and made us feel welcome.

There was a good selection to compare. We lay from bed to bed and compared comfort, felt daft, laughed with other customers and had fun with Kim who was lovely and even offered us a cuppa. The amount of beds in store that we could try have assured us that we have the bed for us.

Kim was very helpful and whilst she explained all the deals she was not aggressive in her sale(this would have been a mistake as we hate pressure selling)

Excellent service, we were immediately greeted on our visit to the store, but after a brief overview of the products available we were left to browse and not hassled to come to a decision. The sales person we spoke to (Geraldine) was cheerful and happy to help, a real pleasure.
