We were given time to browse without pressure and then offered teas or coffees. We talked through all the products and then showed the possibilities. The sales woman had fantastic intuition to what we wanted and we ended up buying her reputation. We were very pleased.

Friendly staff who welcomed me into the store and found exactly what I wanted😀 plus I was given military discount!

Upon visiting the store we only had a vague idea of what we were looking for. We had a brief browse before Simon our assistant introduced himself to us, he showed us a few beds and then courtiously left us to carry on looking without pressurising us. We innitially left the store to check out other outlets but came back to Dreams. Simon was available once again and spent a great deal of time with us showing us and talking to us about the bed we had chosen, he then went onto to explain the colour coding of the mattresses and let us try as many as we liked. His knowledge of each mattress was exceptional which helped us to make our choice. Simon made us feel relaxed whilst in the store and also made us coffee and left us to discuss without pressure before we made our purchase.
