Our sales assistant Michael (Mike) was amazingly helpful. He was extremely thorough with understanding what we wanted and what we needed. I felt he went above and beyond with how thorough he was with us. Thank you Mike for looking after us. You are great!!

Karen was very helpful in-store, understanding our requirements, giving us options and making it easy to check final dimensions at home before placing our order.

Geraldine was knowledgable but not forceful in selling to is, listened to our needs and helped steer us towards our choice. 12 week delivery was reduced to 4 weeks which was a great outcome.

When I arrived at the store for my appointment Karen was already waiting for me. She listened to what I was looking for as well as making very helpful suggestions. She was also very patient as I tested some of the mattresses multiple times. She also helped my to my car with the purchases which were ready for me on the day. My shopping experience for a new bed was very relaxed which was a bit unexpected, as I had been delaying for months thinking it would be really stressful.

Geraldine was amazing. Extremely helpful and such a pleasure to talk to. Never thought that buying a bed could be such an amazing experience but the service was outstanding so definitely one to remember :)

Just found the experience very good. (I do not usually go shopping, but buying a mattress of the internet was not an option) I was offered the display mattress on a very good discount which made the buying decision very straight forward.
