The assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful .

The staff member was very good she wasn't pushy at all and was very efficient and friendly

This was our third trip to the store as we wanted to make sure we were buying the right bed. Each time we had great help and advice which is ultimately why we came back and will do soon for a mattress. Staff were so friendly but not pushy like other stores

The sales assistant was very thorough and understood our needs. It didn't take long to get to a decision about would be best to purchase.

The lady was extremely helpful. She admitted to a mistake but was very apologetic and swiftly dealt with it

Kim was fantastic, listened and understood our requirements, price range and what range of bed frame and mattress we preferred. Kim made us feel a valued customer and didn't rush a decision out of us. Kim had good banter too!

We walked into the store and started to look at beds the assistant came over to us and asked if we would like any assistance and if we had an idea of what we were looking for, he was not tooo pushy which would have probably made me not buy from there. We said that yes we could do with some help. He took us through all the different options and we quickly chose the mattress we required. He was very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested that we should choose the right bed for us. He very quickly processed the order, it was a pleasure to shop there. We didn't feel we were being given the hard sell, we were just given the correct amount of information we required to make our choice.

Jason was very helpful while dealing with a typical teenager ! He checked on delivery times and went through all the variations that we could order.

The lady spent quite a considerable amout of time talking through all your products and we didnt feel any presure at any time to buy, on the first occation we left saying we would think about it but returned the following week to see the same lady who once again helped us with our purchase

Fantastic experience, helpfull and pleasant staff, very patient as i had three small children with me and it was a busy time when i attended the shop. Wonderful shopping experience, extremely grateful. Great job nigel at the farnborough store
