We were very impressed with the service and the sales lady Kim was very knowledgeable and put us at ease. We would return and again and recommend to our friends

There was a problem with the computer systems being down. The agent had been on holiday for a while and needed to check with another agent to put it threw, which took a bit longer than we had hoped. All sorted and happy with the service, looking forward to the bed arriving now.

The store manager was available to see me as he had just finished with another customer. He was very professional and his knowledge was very good. He dealt with my query and order of the item with ease and the transition of items from store to home delivery was very efficient.
