Sales staff were friendly and helpful. They did not push us to buy but told us the various options available. Paying for the bed was straightforward and speedy and we were given a delivery date on the spot.

The salesman (Nigel) dealing with all queries in a friendly professional maaner - knowledgeable about teh products we were viewing. No pressure selling - informed and then left to consider choices / options

We were greeted in a friendly manner and all our questions were answered with knowledge and full information. Our assistant, Kim, offered us refreshment drink and was extremely helpful in finding out about the availability of the bedding on show with the bed we were interested in. Overall, a very good experience.

Once again our experience was a pleasant one. The staff were attentive, offering assistance as and when required, always on hand without being oppressive or overbearing. The store was well laid out, with room to fully assess the products before making a purchase. Thank you.

Kim was friendly, chatty and helpful in understanding my needs and managed the balance well between providing infomation to me and leaving me alone to experience different beds/making up my mind. It was fun though we were both so exhausted because i have tried on quite a few beds. My friend got immersed into the atmosphere of good chat and decided to buy exactly same bed as i have chosen! It is a good product and i am looking forward to sleeping on the bed when it arrives in a few weeks' time. Can't wait!
