Simon was very knowlegable about the pillows sold in store. He gave us guidance and let us try all the different types. He explained the benefits and showed us how to take apart the pillow we brought and how to wash them. He was a very friendly helpful person.

Jason was fantastic, not pushy and ensured that we got the best deal possible for our needs. We went in to look and walked out with a new bed! The 2 Ed's who delivered the bed were fantastic in their attitude and extremely helpful with getting the bed into the room where it was needed on the hottest day of the year!

Jason the store manager at Farnborough was so helpful. He helped us find the right mattresses for the beds we had chosen. He also arranged for delivery the day after we move to our new house. Less for us to worry about.
