very friendly staff. but when I asked for the tv bed I was purchasing to be plugged in the staff were not very helpful to begin with, it felt I was being a pain and they didn't or couldn't be bothered to plug it in. but in the end they did. I was going to walk out at that point but i really wanted to by a bed!

Simon made all the difference to the shopping experience. He was polite, patient, attentive, and made good suggestions to assist in my purchase.

Knowledge of staff really made choosing a mattress quite stress free.

Nigel was fantastic at identifying and evaluating our needs without turning into a hard sell salesman which would have cost him the sale. instead he was knowledgeable and talked us through everything from start to finish and we only had to wait 3 days for delivery.

The advisor Nigel was super friendly and helpful during our visit. He spent a lot of time with us and nothing was too much trouble. Made the experience very enjoyable. Nigel is a real asset to Dreams!

I liked the way we were treated. She came over, we had a discussion, she then left us to play on our own for a while then came back, without being pushy. This she did many times as we were there for a a long time. I also liked the Tempur pillows and was encouraged to take them from bed to bed with us. We bought a bed and 2 pillows

This is the second purchase we have made from Dreams in Farnborough, a few months back we bought a mattress and had excellent service, this time we bought the TV Bed, the service from your team is brilliant, every time we have been in the service has been excellent. Nigel sold us the TV Bed and he was just perfect, we chose the bed paid for it and all was quick and easy, no stress, no hassle, nothing was a problem for Nigel he answered all our questions and he made it all very easy.
