NIGEL SERVED US AND WAS HAPPY TO SPEND AS MUCH TIME WITH US AS WE NEEDED. HE PROVIDED EXCELLENT AND BALANCED ADVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. HIS APPROACH WAS JUST RIGHT.

I was greeted by a young assistant who asked if he could help me! I told him I had been looking online and found two new double beds I was interested in. I told him the two metal bed frames and he explained that they were not in store but could place an order for me. I also wished to order two mattress so the young gentlemen help me with this. I was extremly pleased with my order and look forward to having them delivered early next month.

I was shopping for a bed and furniture for my 14 year daughter. Jason was very helpful and welcoming. He suggested a bed within my price range and was explained the different types of mattessess to suit my requirements.

Simon, the sales advisor, gave us all the information we asked foe to make up our minds, but was never pushy allowing us the time to consider what we had been told and to make the right purchase for us....not what was best for the company.

On entering we were asked if we needed assistance and from that moment on a large amount of assistance was given in explaining all we needed to know about the different beds. We were given pillows and directed to the different sections. We were given space to try the beds but we're offered assistance periodically and when required. Nothing seemed to much but we were not hovered over. Perfect balance. The purchase was dealt with in a timely manor, the whole experience was great.
