All questions answered quickly and knowledgeably. Very friendly and polite sales person.

The staff were excellent. They explained the different style of mattresses and allowed us to try each one. They listened to our feedback and then pointed us in the right direction of which mattresses to try next. They were attentive whilst at the same time giving us space to find our perfect mattress. When it came to paying, our situation wasn't straight forward as we were not in possession of the date when we were moving into our new house. However the staff took it all on board and a compromise was found so we could work around the issue. Also fantastic that Dreams recognised the military community by offering a further 10 % off the price. Our member of staff was Simon.

The assistant was very friendly but professional. Offered us tea, coffee, water. Answered our questions efficiently and knowledgeably.

Geraldine and all the staff including the manager were very helpful. They always call me back, there was good continuity between all of them. I had never been into Dreams before but I found the whole process really quick and easy. I will most certainly shop there again. Thank you.

When looking to purchase a bed, we got excellent customer service from Simon who was very knowledgeable of each product. He took into account our budget showing us the price difference between the quality of bed showing us the best value within our budget. He wasn't too pushy and answered every question we had.

The Sales Manager was extremely helpful as we did not know what we were looking for. He spent a lot of time with us and his knowledge was exceptional.
