Very friendly customer service - the manager knew his stuff and although we know sales people work off commision/upselling items I felt like he was honest about the products and gave us the best deal for our price range. His charm made us get some pillows but we did need them.

I was spoken to when I entered the store, Nigel Listen to my requirements and made sure that I was shown exactly what I needed.

A member of staff is always available if we need help, and someone always asks us if we do too. The staff are never overly 'pushy', are very knowledgeable and always pleasant. On this occasion we appreciated the fact that Simon began showing us mattresses at the cheaper end of the spectrum first. (Although the comfort offered from the most expensive one could not quite be matched!). Simon gave us plenty of his time and we never felt rushed. The quality of your products seem to be very good in store, although this is our first Dreams purchase and we have not yet had delivery, and are certainly much better than your competitors. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience purchasing from you and are really looking forward to receiving our new bed.

No pressure from sales people, which allowed us to try different mattresses at our leisure. Sales manager Jason from the Farnborough branch was excellant and explaned all we needed to know about the product.
