NIGEL WAS A VERY FUN CHATTY MAN WHO HAD A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ALL MY QUERIES ALSO REMEMBERED ME FROM A PREVIOUS VISIT

There was an assistant available to answer questions when needed with great knowledge of the products. The order was placed quickly and efficiently and I was finished and out of the store in no time at all. Service was excellent

Nigel, the sales assistant, understood our requirement, spent a lot of time talking through different products. He gave us time to test our various setups, mattresses and pillows before we discussed our purchase. Once we had made our decision, he was very thorough going through all the paperwork and ensuring we understood everything. We cannot wait for delivery of our new bed! Have already recommended your store to several family and friends.

I went out on a Saturday morning with the intention of buying a single bed. I didn't want to spend a lot of time doing this and travelling to different stores to find what I was looking for. So, the first shop I went into was Dreams, I was greeted by a member of the sales team with a charming smile and a "good morning". I had a look round and again a member of staff asked if I needed assistance, I explained what I needed and I was shown the beds that fitted my needs.. I wasn't given any hard sell which is what I like.. An hour later I was walking out of the store having purchased the bed I wanted, arranged a convenient delivery date and still had the rest of my Saturday to enjoy.

The staff leave you to browse and don't try and push you into buying a bed let you take your time but when you want assistance they are very helpful, and polite.and in no time at all bed is ordered and payed for and delivery date is arranged

The staff's initial approach was open and not intimidating like a lot of stores. A quick review of the types of bed with us helped establish the ones we should consider so armed with our favoured type of pillows we were left to consider our own thoughts. Other members of staff were quick to offer useful extra points to consider which helped. All this contributed a supportive friendly staff both experienced with customers and knowledgable in the range of beds and sleeping styles. The small team were also humoured and the whole experience was enjoyable. The delivery was one time and the delivery staff were efficient and most polite. Look after your staff at store 283 cause theirs gems!
