The sales person sy at the farnborough store was very competent and knowledge was able to put the order in there and then and also was able to give discount on the overall total price with extras.

Staff were very helpful on both occasions that we visited. They quickly established what type of product we were looking for and suggested other things that we might like to try which may work for us. They were honest about our options. Delivery is scheduled to be quicker than I thought it would be, and availability was good. I was thinking about ordering from the internet as it would have been a bit cheaper but service was good and I like to buy local if I can, so I decided to order in store instead, which was not my original plan. Thank you!

The visit to the store was pleasant and fairly easy.We found what we were looking for, we were assisted in choosing the right product and were left alone when we wanted a moment to ourselves. Assistance was good, the entire purchase was nice and smooth.
