Dreams - Farnborough

I understand that you cannot stock every mattress but a 8 day wait seems a little long.

I was very impressed but can never bring myself to say that anybody’s perfect. Michael at your Farnborough branch was close though. Top service.

We were informed of an offer for Tempur pillows but were not given sufficient advice on the types resulting in receiving a pillow that is not suitable for us which we cannot exchange or return.

Overall I was satisfied with the visit. One thing that could have been better during the visit is that some employees did not wear face coverings and it did not seem to be mandatory for customers to wear masks either. I understand the store may align with government guidelines but would have preferred mandatory face coverings for all. The wrong mattress was ordered when we were in store but luckily the assistant realised somehow and called back the next day to fix the mistake.

The value was ok.

Karen at your Farnborough store was wonderful and looked after us very well. I was satisfied because she provided the level of service and assistance you would expect from Dreams.

We were satisfied but our original choice had a 12 week wait so had to change the colour to get it much earlier than that. Staff were great at finding a solution just disappointing.

We were given a bed test initially to see which beds would be suitable but for our personal comfort we went for something entirely different, so the test was not very accurate. Price wise your products, although not the same manufacturer, we felt you were on the high side for similar quality products.

No I am satisfied. I just never give a 10/10. However Karen @ farnborough store was superb !

Choosing a new mattress at the age of 77 is not the most enjoyable experience in any store.
