After explaining what I needed the assistant knew exactly what I wanted and within 5 mins after trying out the mattress I bought it.

The gentleman who assisted us was incredibly helpful. He was very cheerful while being professional at the same time. We were impressed with the system that identified the best type of mattress for us. Although initially sceptical it did prove to provide us with a good choice of mattresses that we liked and finally the one that we preferred
