Dreams - Farnborough

When I chose my current mattress, the choice was to sit on a few and pick one I liked. Now, with the assistance of "Sleep Master 3000" and Karen who is a "Sleep Professional", my contours and spine were gently rocked by modern technology. Print-out in hand, Karen then showed me to a selection of mattresses that would be gentle on my bony bits and wallet. I selected the gel mattress purely for reasons of kudos and embracing new technology. All in all, a rather pleasant experience.

The assistant Karen could not have been more helpful. She was very mindful of both our age and requirements.

Our sales person helped address what we were were looking for. Was very patient and accommodating. Able to order our new mattress and pleased it’s coming in just 1 week.

The Sales rep that helped me was Nigel in Farnborough, he was great. He had good knowledge of the products and was very patient. I wasn't sure which mattress to go for, but he gave good advice and it didn't feel like a sales pitch.

The members of staff was so accommodating and polite and friendly. She made our visit very pleasant.

I was highly satisfied with my visit too the store, as Nigel was very helpful & had patience as I do take a while on deciding things, we sat down, he explained everything to me & when the delivery was arriving, he also offered me a bottle of water, it's what I call a smooth transaction!
