The prices of mattress compared with competitor's equivalents was very high even after all the discounts

Overall signage could have been a little clearer, indicating sections of the store.

Store is basic in decor/ layout

The store was a bit squashed together, and I couldn't see over the headboards so i got lost a little!

I looked at finance online and was not the same when making purchase in store

There was too much choice

I was highly satisfied with my experience in dreams, the sales rep was friend helpful and understanding of my needs and budget
