Assistant (Alex) joked he thought I was older than the age bracket I selected to use the test mattress/sleep clinic - this was overly familar and although said in a joking way quite insulting and I nearly left. Only buying previously from Dreams (not this store) and knowing what I wanted kept me there.

Because of the Covid 19 situation I had taken time to view products online and then make a shortlist for viewing at my chosen store and booked an appointment to view the chosen items. I received a confirmation of my shortlist via email. However when I arrived I was informed that the store had not received my chosen shortlist and although I showed them the email was told that they did not have those items in store. I hadn't appreciated that the chosen products would not be available at the store and consequently had to view the products that were being offered in store and make a decision on the selection on offer. I would have preferred to be able to view the chosen items from my shortlist. That said, all staff and in particular Karen, were very friendly and helpful.

We brought a tv bed & mattress from dreams & the Portuguese man that served us in Farnborough was telling us we needed to turn our mattress every 3 months because it will go flat as ( we are not skinny) 😱 I’m well aware that I’m not skinny but I found it very rude to be honest & very uncomfortable
