I would have preferred more mattresses to be available. I have also been twice to the store and would have hoped for some rotation of products so you could try some more of the lines that are only available to purchase on the web. Plus more options for soft support.

There are only two reasons I'm not Highly Satisfied at this stage .. 1. I haven't received the mattress yet and until I do and have had a chance to sleep on it for a while I can't be sure it's the right choice. 2. Price - the price was competitive but I'd always want the price to be cheaper :-)

Impressed with the electronic analysis of our mattress needs and it taking account of our joint problems etc. We were guided to a few mattresses that would meet our needs to lie on and choose what we thought was best. This is too difficult for us to assess in such a short time - so we are presuming the mattress we have chosen based on the computer analysis and assistant's comments is the best for our needs. Pricing is not mentioned at all, so difficult to work out costs without peering at small print on card on display.

We went through the credit system and then we’re told the wrong size mattress had been ordered. We were informed we were nearly at the limit of what we were allowed to borrow. We tried to tell them this was not the case. The system just showed basically what we wanted to borrow. After many unsuccessful attempts at trying to call the finance company we were told we would need to cancel the order and do it again but this would involve another credit check. If we hadn’t have done this we would have had to put remaining balance on credit card which defeats the object of interest free considering it wasn’t our error. Eventually it went through and we left the store after 6:30 pm. The store had been closed and we had been there for over 2 hrs. Our daughter was bored and hungry and to be honest we find this unsatisfactory. The store should have phones that work. 3 staff members were involved in this in the end. We were offered an apology but I’m not sure we will go back again. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years.
