Staff were welcoming and helping and didn’t rush us Bought a mattress but didn’t buy a bed due to a 2 month delay which was very disappointing as we spent a long time choosing to settle on one.

No real problems except beds were quite grubby, but that is to be expected with people on and off them all day. Also store quite busy, but again we chose to go on a bank holiday weekend. These were the only reasons for a not highly satisfied. Also on looking on my receipt after the visit I discovered that 20% off did not apply to everything as we were first told.

I was served by two members of staff, the first gentleman (unsure of his name) was very knowledgeable but felt a little pushy. I felt more comfortable being helped by the second member of staff, Sing.

There were a few dirty marks on the beds which wasn't pleasant and put you off testing the matresses

Did not have delivery date I would of liked

There was a lot of advertising regarding a massive sale but not one item were we shown that was in the sale, while satisfied I felt slightly mislead

I have very high levels of expectation working in the service industry. I am sure others would have probably rated overall highly satisfied my measure however would be to have got something beyond what I had expected

quality of bases on offer poor ottermen style base very heavy inadequate explanation of difference in temper mattress build up

The salesman was very friendly and helpful, but he could not tell me where the product was made or when I could expect there to be a suitable headboard available for the bed I purchased

I found price was bit higher for mattress, quality was satisfying very much. No good discount received.
