There were no issues at all.

We only bought a mattress which was good and we are happy. Sadly the bed carried a 6.5 week delivery..so we went elsewhere and got it delivered within a week.

The assistant was very pleasant and polite but we felt he rushed things when we were placing our order. He made a couple of mistakes and had to reprint paperwork. He needs to slow down a bit. No need to go at it at 400 miles an hour! The store wasn’t busy and we were not in a hurry. He forgot to add the collection of our old mattress to the order and then forgot to give us the disposable bag for our old mattress so ended up running out of the shop to catch us as we got into our car. Not sure why he was in such a hurry but he needs to slow it down a bit.

It would've been nicer to have a wider choice of frames to see.

There was an issue with the 20% off deal and this caused me to have to cancel my order and change it out for another mattress. This was down to lack of clear signage in the shop and even the employees were confused about what items were in the sale.

I wasn’t higly satisfied because items i was looking for were not in the store ( found them online at Dreams website) .

I felt a little pressured into our choice of mattress. I could have been more forceful in asking to try other mattresses but we were being pushed into the one that we bought. The only reason I did not go back to cancel was because I know we have 30 days to try it and swap if we are not satisfied. The only reason we would not necessarily go back to this particular Dreams is because it is not our closest store. We ended up there because it was the closest one that was displaying the actual bed frame that we wanted.

I am very satisfied with my experience but maybe give a little more time for a browse before the assistant comes over. But she was good not too pushy like other stores we just prefer to shop in peace and knowing there is assistance available of we need it.
