Donna was very helpful however the processing of the order took longer than anticipated.

it was a pleasant experience. when we were assisted, we found what we wanted in a very short while and we quickly got the pricing done and purchase was made

There were not enough staff on, and it was your Sale. I had to wait 15-20 minutes befroe i could place an order. Luckily I knew what I wanted (and diod not want) as very little help was given.

Tried to amend by order (cancel the disposal of old bed & mattress) but was told this was not possible. Not happy to be paying for something I don't need. Especially as was told at point of order that we could cancel at a later date (as long as gave a weeks notice) but better to include in order in case we did need it.

Service and shop is excellent. However, the price of the bed went up between me leaving the shop (to measure bedrooms) to when I returned to make the purchase.

I am satisfied at this point, but i am awaited delivery and I'm sure i will be very satisfied once i receive it

Staff didn't really ask if I needed any assistance - left to my own devices.

I felt like the salespeople were pushing for a bigger sale.

The shop assistant, Geraldine, could not have done any more to help us, she was absolutely great. I was really dissatisfied that we missed out on the Monday delivery for the mattress. Moved into our new house and now have to sleep on the spare room bed for a week! Not what we wanted when purchasing our first home! Definitely not a DREAM
