Dreams - Farnborough

I knew what I wanted before I went in so it was pretty straight forward. The assistant was friendly and helpful. He showed me a few different options but I stuck with my original. Delivery was organised in a jiffy and I was done within 5 minutes. Good service all round.

No particular reason

Had to wait a while to be seen but were later told they were 3 staff short that day

There was a problem with approval for finance not related to me. The very kind service personal phoned the company to speed up the process. It was then immediately resolved.

Costly, not competitive

Some signs are misleading, where for some it says not avaliable in a specific size other signs didnt have those brackets and i would therefore conclude they were available, but would be proven wrong when it came to order. A bit frustrating when you had to change divans on 3 different occasions because either the sign was unclear or the headboard is not avaliable in a specific size.

We went to the store and browsed around at the product we wished to view. We were asked by the staff if we needed assistance but preferred to browse uninterrupted. The assistance given by the store staff was satisfactory and when we had finally decided on the product we asked for assistance to order the product and we were given that assistance, which again we felt as satisfactory.

Only one assistant available to serve

I think that the shop it's self could do with a face lift. It's looking abit old

It's a shop selling beds. It does that OK so I'm Satisfied. Why I am not Highly Satisfied? OK: (a) Prices were higher than I would have liked (b) I haven't had the bed delivered yet so I don't know if it's any good.
