Dreams - Farnborough

Came and got what we needed - no more, no less.

I don't tend to say highly satisfied. Our experience was good and we are likely to return to Dreams to buy ourselves a bed in the near future (I hope)

I am hard to please nothing is perfect they did a very good job

Sales lady was very pleasant ,my Sister and I were talking later that night and she said you are getting a double bed aren't you as we looked at the king size checked order and couldn't see size so went to shop next day to check only to be told she had ordered me a double bed base and a king size matteress was not impressed it has been rectified and the difference in price is going to be repaid,feel this is a large mistake that shouldn't have happened if I had not gone back would have waited 3weeks for delivery and not received right s matteress.we were given refreshment while at the shop .

The frame I brought, which has been advertised in the newspaper, was not in store for viewing. Staff member said it was recently removed to make way for new stock.

because compaired with your high street competitors there is not much difference in service offerred, range of products and associated costs

Bit disappointed at the 2 week delivery

Well I was satisfied I was happy nothing was wrong my expectations were met. But to achieve highly satisfied in my mind is very difficult

All good but some beds are expensive

Not able to choose the time of the day for delivery. Will have to take a whole day off.
