I don't ever give highly satisfied when I go into a store, find what I want send am out within 10 minutes. I was only buying a headboard and until it arrives I don't know how satisfied I will be. Previous experience of Dreams is not good, I ordered a bed a few years back which never ever arrived even though I took three separate days off work for it to be delivered. The gentleman who served me was very polite and helpful, so no reflection in him, why as a compact do you feel everything has to be highly satisfied?

I think the assistant could have spent more time with customers, but only one sales staff on the bottom floor doesn't allow this.

There was only one assistant in the store. Even though it was a Monday morning and quiet she was fully taken up answering other customers questions. With a store that big, I expected at least two people working at all times. It didn't matter that much as I knew pretty much what I wanted, a soft mattress to replace my very firm and not particularly comfortable one at home. I soon identified one and waited a few minutes for her to become free in order to arrange delivery and pay.

Due to the finance website not performing properly it took longer than expected to place the order. However we decided not to take out finance in the end to save time. The finance company were called creation and apparently this was a reoccurring problem during busy times within the store.

I believe there is always room for improvement and we are yet to take delivery of our new bed so I won't know how satisfied I am until it arrives.

The lady that started serving us was not overly interested and didn't know the products in store. She excused herself for a minute. Next time we saw her she was serving another customer. We did not expect to be ditched in the middle of being served! We than had assistance from a young man (Matt), who was more knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. We purchased the bed from him. I did point out that the sale MUST NOT go to the lady who started serving us. Thank goodness for him. We were about to walk out and go to a different store.

delivery date quite long - couldn't have an earlier delivery date unless we purchased the product at a different price due to it being the last day of the offer and the product not being in stock

There's always room for improvement. On the day we visited the mezzanine floor was very very hot, better air con needed the poor staff were not happy. A couple of the shop assistants were lying on one of the beds and drinking / watching the TV at the end of the bed!!! Perhaps not the most appropriate.

Store was extremely uncomfortable regarding heat ! This almost put us off, staying in the store ! But everything else was satisfactory.
