I was not told at the time of my visit that there would be a delivery charge for orders placed instore as opposed to orders placed online. Once I challenged this, the delivery charge was waived. There should be no difference in price between the stores & online. And as people do still like going instore they should not be disadvantage particularly if the High Street is to survive!

Staff were excellent, store was well laid out with the options of trying each product. No pressure was felt by ourselves to purchase at any time, which was highly refreshing. All in all a positive experience .

Advertising on wall says we will assemble, as soon as you go to buy, there is a condition...only divans.

Service pleasant and thorough. Disappointed at delivery charge. Not requesting removal of old items, therefore felt item delivery should have been included.

I guess there is always room for improvement in everything we were in there a short amount of time. Gerldine was very helpful without being pushy

Store was quite busy and beds were a bit grubby from the amount of people laying on them.

We were in the store for quite a while before someone came over to assist us. The store wasn't busy and the sales people did appear to all be chatting. The lady who did come over was really very helpful but would have been nice to be greeted on entry and seen too earlier.

Was disappointed at the relatively long delivery time (ordered 10/04, to be delivered 26/04) for what should be a stock item

Hi, The whole experience was fanatastic, apart from one small issue. When we got home we looked at our invoice and it said that the bed would not be ensembled on delivery, when we were told it would be.

Delivery costs and cost of removal of old mattress cost seem a little high.
