We had to wait a long time until someone finally approached us

I was a bit taken aback when told there was a £39 delivery charge for a bed costing £329. On being told it was for delivery and installation I asked if it would be a lower cost for delivery only. I was informed the price was the same so in the end I had to accept the charge. To make matters worse when I got home and looked on your website I discovered I could have ordered it on line for the same price, but with no delivery charge! It is pity that I was not informed of this option when placing the order. Perhaps this is something that your staff in store could be made aware of. In future I will probably test the item in store and the go and order it on line.

ALL WAS GOING WELL UNTIL WE TRIED TO PAY DEPOSIT AND OUR ASSISTANT TRIED OVER AND OVER TO PLACE OUR ORDER BUT THE COMPUTER SYSTEM KEPT FAILING, SHE EVENTUALY LOADED US ONTO ANOTHER COMPUTER AND THAT THEN EVEN FROZE WHEN SHE WAS TRYING TO CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION OF WHERE I WORK... SHE DID ALL SHE COULD BUT ADDED A GREAT DEAL OF EXTRA TIME TO THE WHOLE PURCHASE ESPECIALY WHEN YOU HAVE A VERY BORED CHILD WITH YOU!

my expectation was high and it was met, therefore I'm satisfied. If I had lower expectations and they were exceeded then I'd be highly satisfied.

I had to go and look for assistance I know it was a Saturday but there were not enough staff for the store. Having said that the staff that were there were friendly

The first assistant did not seem very confident/experienced, and the second one I had to point out some things about the product and your web site that he did not mention.

There was a small delay in placing the order as the store was so busy.

There was only one bed that I liked enough to buy it. Beds were very expensive even in the sale and I didn't end up with something I am totally happy with. I have a black leather bed even though it won't go perfectly in my room as thats all that was available in the style

I have not received my product yet. Therefore, unless I get my product safe n in time then I will be very or highly satisfied.

The actual mattress i would have liked they did not make! I wanted a pocket spring medium firm standard double but i had to buy the firm one instead.
