There did not seem to be a great deal of choice in the price range we were looking at. Also, I would have preferred more delivery options. I was told that there were only deliveries every other day which resulted in me having to wait 10 days for the bed.

I entered the shop twice and on both occasions I was not approached, and not asked if anybody could be of assistance. After I had decided on my purchase I had to approach the two members of staff who were standing around to place my order

It was fine, nothing outstanding

The 1st person to assist us pointed out some information, then went downstairs. When we looked for her she was with another couple, after a 10 minute wait we left to look elsewhere returning later the same morning to be served by someone else, who was fantastic. If the survey was completed on only the end sale the experience would have been highly satisfied, but it's based on the entire buying experience so only satisfied.

The delivery charges are one thing which I find very difficult to accept. I don't have to pay a delivery charge for my groceries, why do you have to have a delivery charge, this should be absorbed by the company

Because after seeing the bed I went to bensons for beds and was not happy with the products or staff and came to your store and ordered from you

We were not hassled as soon as we arrived able to look around at our own leisure and we approached the salesman when we were ready to enquire about the product we were interested in

insistence to buy from the seller - no commercial gesture for the amount of the invoice - no experience on the "test mattress"

We had to find a salesperson to speak to. They didn't seem that bothered talking to us and was easily distracted by other colleagues and customers.

3 weeks is a long delivery time.
