I'm not dissatisfied to any extent however there wasn't anyone free to assist me in my purchase. I picked my mattress myself without any product information and when I did get a member of staff's attention he purely wanted to complete the order without providing any information. At the moment I am waiting for a text to tell me when my mattress will be delivered. I was told I would receive an email the day before to give me a 2 hour window for delivery. Delivery should be tomorrow and it's now 21.30 hours and still I am waiting for my time slit. Not the best customer service I have ever been given

I needed a cheap mattress for my 2yr old and saw dreams had a £59 mattress online and also had 3 in this store. Having searched elsewhere online this seemed to be a reasonable price and from a reputable manufacturer. I could have purchased a memory foam mattress elsewhere for less but though the reputation of dreams would mean the mattress would be of good quality. As the matresses were rolled I assumed it was a foam mattress. The sales lady did point out it was a sprung mattress, but again I assumed that as it was from dreams this would be ok. However when I got the mattress home and unrolled it it was painfully obvious that the mattress was made from the cheapest material with horrendous springs inside that due to where it had been rolled stuck out through the mattress covering. I left it for a while assuming it would 'fill out' a little but it hasn't at all. I have had no choice but to put it on my daughters bed but each time it I see laid on it creaks and springs stick out considerably from various points on the mattress. I think that for a company of your standing this excuse for a budget mattress is embarrassing. I deliberately stayed away from buying online and this is it!

You walk in and you never get a welcoming feel and you can be looking around for ages until you need some help or assistance that you have to call someone or go to front desk because the staff never come to you to interact with customers

When i arrived there was only one salesman and 3 customers. Whilst he was doing a brilliant job with the other customers i was unsure whether to come back later. He eventually said two more collegues would be starting now and would send one over. I understand there were other customers but would of been nice to be acknowledged earlier, even to inform me staff were on their way.

The overall experience was good, however the salesman lost his enthusiasm halfway through and the delivery time is extremely bad! I've paid for 2 mattresses, they belong to me, but you still hold on to them for 2 more weeks!?!?!

My fiance and I visited on the evening of Tuesday 23/08 and spoke with James. James stated that we could not buy a mattress on finance as I did not have 2 forms of ID that would be required, however said that the mattress would be available for delivery on Saturday 20/08 if we came back the next evening with the required ID. I was angered to find out the next day that I left work early to make closing time, with the required ID, to find out that not only was only one form required, but also the mattress was not going to be available on the Saturday as requested. I work from 7am-9pm and my fiance works in London. Currently we have a bed frame, and no mattress. I have to take a(nother) day off of work, at considerable financial loss given my pay rate, purely because I was given incorrect information. If it wasn't for the kindness and professional attitude of Karen (also Donna too), I would have left the store and ordered elsewhere. I cannot praise them highly enough, as they both put a positive spin on an incredibly frustrating situation. I may add that they both stayed behind after 8pm closing time to wait for the underwriting decision, and cannot understate their influence.

There was a problem with the credit checking process which took much longer than it should have done. The wrong address was entered initially which meant that the process had to be restarted, extending my time in the store.

Was asked if I required assembly, to which I asked is the an additional charge (yes) so declined, Was not told delivery was an additional charge! Was not offered removal of old bed, Only noticed these points when checking paperwork at home!
