Assistant very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. She advised on things that we wouldn't have taken into consideration. Liked the virtual bed which identified how we slept and following analysis the first mattress that we tried was the one we purchased.

extremely friendly assistant , engaged well listening to our requirements . made to feel Felt we had alot of time , not rushed .left to consider options but not left for long ,just right .

The lady who took care of us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the technology used to establish what type of bed would suit us best. She left us alone when we wanted a private chat and was available again as soon as we needed further assistance. The ordering process was easy and clear.

The assistant was amazing, extremely helpful I’m on crutches and can’t walk very far at all she was extremely patient with me and let me take what time I needed to move around and try the beds etc She couldn’t of been more helpful if I’m honest very friendly and seemed to understand and empathise with my long list of conditions

The member of staff who served us was really helpful, gave great recommendations and was really patient when we wanted to try the beds a number of times! No hard sale just helped us to consider what we wanted, great service

The salesperson who dealt with us was excellent; engaging through open questions, thoughtful suggestions, outlined the options clearly but was not pushy. Their overall approach was friendly, knowledgeable and consultative, a credit to Dreams.

Nigel at farnborough dreams was very friendly and accommodating to our needs, remembering both of our names throughout our visit, making the experience very personal to us. The experience over all was not stressful at all but very relaxed.
