We were approached by Alexandre we explained roughly what we wanted and although we had a budget of £1000 he found us a bed which was more expensive and explained that we would be getting an excellent bed for that amount of money.

Karen was very friendly and helped us choose a new mattress, duvet and duvet protector. She was very knowledgeable and patient when we could not make up our mind! The machine to determine which mattress was very helpful.

The quality of support and service was very good and the technology used to assess personal sleeping patterns was innovative. Our customer service assistant, Geraldine, recognised when we needed space to consider options privately but also judged the right times to check back in with us without being pushy.

I received a very professional and friendly service. On arrival I felt completely at ease, the store was following all guidelines and the store was clean and well organised. The sales assistant Geraldine showed us all the suitable mattress' and supplied a clean covered pillow. The process was very attentive and it was a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone wanting to purchase a bed or mattress.
