The store smelt very fresh and clean. Our assistant was very attentive and explained the bed trying process to us very clearly.

The salesman who looked after us was very pleasant, efficient and took time to understand what we actually were looking for. He then spent time showing us a variety of beds and mattresses, explaining what the differences were in each of them and allowing us more than sufficient time to try all of them more than once. He was patient and did not try to ruch us into making a decision. On placing our order he took time to explain exactly what the terms of purchase were and what we would be allowed to do should we change our minds after trying the mattress at home. Altogether a pleasant purchasing experience.

Very friendly service and good product

Everyone was so friendly, which was a great start. We were then looked after by Mike, who was fantastic. Listened to what we were looking for, gave us the time to have a look around the store and gave us clear guidance on the mattresses we should focus on. Offered us refreshments several times, we used the special bit of tech to recommend the correct mattress. Mikes product knowledge was outstanding, he suggested lots of options, including pillows etc. Was great with our kids and was very clear throughout the entire process. Mike is a real asset The whole experience was highly satisfactory and Mike played a big part in that. We can't wait to receive the mattress on the exact date we wanted. Thank you, and sweet Dreams!! when we went in we just wanted to look around the assistants allowed us to do this until i needed some help and they were there to answer questions, i didnt place the order straight away as i needed to go home and check measurements , they gave me a quote with the measurements and i did not feel hassled at all . I went back a couple of days later and placed my order

Ben the shop assistant was very helpful and struck the right balance between helping, advising and leaving us to make our own decision on what mattress to buy. The other members of staff were friendly and helpful.

The store was immaculate and very well presented. The member of staff that helped me in store was just brilliant! I think her name was Geraldine and she was so friendly, helpful and informative it really made the whole experience very relaxed and easy!
