Staff very friendly and knowledgeable and not to pushy perfect balance for browsing on our own and advice when needed.

We had been looking on your website already so we were pretty set on the bed frame we wanted. We went in to the Farnborough store over the weekend and we were looked after by Nigel. We had our two children with us, one of whom was a little tired and grumpy, but Nigel was brilliant. Very patient, super experienced and helped my Wife and I purchase the perfect bed (and mattress and pillows!). The overall experience was brilliant and we can't wait for our new bed to arrive. This service was/is invaluable and this is not something we could have done online, or at a smaller store/shop as they were just so much choice. Thank you Dreams, and thank you Nigel!!

We was welcomed in and explained straight away how things are working due to Covid, we was asked what we was looking for and what section will be best for us to look in, we was served by a Michael in farnborough store, who was very polite, knowledgable and helpful very easy process and we purchased exactly what we wanted! Was offered pillow cases for us to try mattress and water Very good service and will defiantly go back there

We had been to another store before dreams, and they were not helpful at all and the prices were not affordable. We then decided to try dreams in farnborough, and as soon as we walked in there was such a nice atmosphere. We had a lovley guy called nigel , who in our eyes should be told how wonderful he was that day we went. He knew what he was talking about , helped us keep within our budget without looking down on us. He was professional , and the store was clean and well laid out. We had a much better experience with dreams and myself and husband walked away feeling really good and so happy. Thank you dreams and a massive thank you to nigel

From the moment I walked through the door I had an assistant. Karen was extremely keen to help me purchasing beds and mattresses. Very knowledgeable about the products and the quality. From start to finish it only took about 20 minutes, very satisfied, I know where to shop next time, thank you for a pleasant experience 😊

We had been looking for a new bed and mattress for a week and looked at lots of products online and then spent 2 days visiting stores to test. We had a good idea of what we wanted when we visited the final store and the lady was very helpful but also recognised that my husband and I needed time to talk and walked away to allow this. I didn't feel that any of the staff were pushy and just very helpful and informative and chatty. Thank you

No pressure from the friendly staff. We were allowed to look around freely and felt comfortable to make our own decisions in a safe environment unlike in others stores we visited.

Helpful colleague helped to explain what to look for in a mattress which helped me in making an informed and focused decision, rather than just arbitrarily trying out different mattresses. He let me take my time with each mattress and I didn’t ever feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. He remembered me the second time I visited
