Plenty of assistants, immediately welcomed and directed to products we were interested in, friendly, informative but not pushy, shop was clean, tidy and bottles of water available

The Farnbourgh store was very clean and the staff were very thoughtful and very knowledgable. Ther sent any areas of improvement I can suggest as I was very comfortable within the store and I trusted the staff with my back problems/needs.

My wife and I purchasing a new flat and needed to buy a bed with frames, so we looked in Internet and we saw Dreams store in the Web site, we never visited before. The first impression we had was amazing and astonish, one of the staff memeber called Mike gave us a hand with mattress and frames. The first time we went was to have a look and we decided one in particular which caught our attention, the second time we went was to buy it with finance but we couldn't due to system did not allow us to carry on with the process so didn't give up and we came for the 3rd time and we saw Mike again so we decided to buy one of the beds definitely, Mike recognised us and he was very friendly and professional since the beginning, we are happy with the service provided and astonish with the quality of product that Dreams sells to people, we highly recommend, and for sure for the next time we want to buy a bed we will go to Dreams. Thanks to all the team and Mike for such a good service and job

I visited Farnborough branch with my elderly Mother who needed to buy a new bed. The lady who served us was so nice, friendly, attentive. With the fact that Dreams can take the old bed away is just 5 stars.
