the assistant Geraldine is second to none nothing is too much trouble she has helped me more than once when shopping in the Farnborough store .

The customer service was very good and there was no pressure put on us. All our questions were answered without hesitation.

Excellent staff, great greeting at the door, gave us time to look and then helped us. Very knowledgeable, did not feel pressured and allowed us time to chose.

Karen was so helpful & knowledgable about the products available and was able to find our dream mattress. We looked in several shops and Karen’s helpfulness was second to none which is why we came back and made sure we were served by her. No other shop was as welcoming and as helpful as your store.

Geraldine was wonderful, all in all great service, can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive!

Upon arriving the salesman was very attentive. He advised about sleepmatch which I used to find my ideal mattress type. After this my results from the test were explained to me. I then was able to try out a few mattresses based on the results that were within my budget. The salesman listened to the feedback from each one and was useful in narrowing down the choices. The information given was great and the salesman answered any questions I had about the different types of mattresses and pillows.

The staff were very welcoming, special mention to Geraldine at the Farnborough store where we visited - she was very informative, friendly and helpful. Her patience with us and also what I liked is left us to make a decision and was no way pushy.

I had researched my mattress requirements online and shortlisted . I’d never buy before I try and I have mobility issues so getting it right is essential. I was helped by a store colleague who was extremely pleasant and patient and made sure that all COVID requirements were met in addition to my purchase requirements. Pleasant, easy and relaxing experience. I’m very pleased with my purchase and am so excited for it to arrive! I intend going back to purchase some new pillows .

Alex approached me immediately I entered the store and had sanitised my hands. He was welcoming and friendly. Listened quietly whilst I explained my requirements, quickly showing me a first option. He gave me a bottle of water and explained the process of test bed to understand my personal needs and was immediately available once the programme with the Welsh voice and what the computer produced. He explained what each section meant and showed me appropriate beds to try. He was knowledgeable and a deal was quickly concluded explaining about delivery/return of current bed. He enquired if I needed new mattress cover, pillows etc which I didn't. Everything was efficient and seemless. First rate service - Alex should be congratulated on being an excellent ambassador for Dreams Beds in Farnborough. The only thing I suggest you change is the Welsh woman - the TV advert is really irritating and the dialogue on the test bed programme is equally so - nasty high pitched squeak!
