We have purchased from Dreams in the past and have always had great service and products. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us find the ideal bed and mattress. He made our visit very enjoyable.

We were unsure of what product we wanted to buy and following exceptional service from one of your colleagues using the sleep experience and then finding a lovely mattress for us (Silentnight Farrington) Following this a quick and simple consultation period and booking we were happily on our way to getting our bed.

Nigel who served us was very friendly and knowledgable. Didn’t try and sell us anything just guided us around the store and knew exactly what mattresses would be suitable for us to try after we used the sleepmatch machine.
