We were greeted by Michael when we came in. He was brilliant! He was safe, knowledgable, friendly and had a great sense of humour... all whilst remaining professional. He made us feel comfortable and right away seemed to know exactly what we were looking for.

Had a great experience at the Farnborough store. All social distancing regs were adhered to. Karen the assistant who helped me choose 2 mattresses was awesome. She asked me questions to identify what I was looking for and then using her knowledge of the products she was able to assist me with purchasing 2 mattresses. She was professional and efficient, and honest with her advice. Great customer service. Thank you Karen
