Greeted as I came into the store and once I explained what I wanted was show 2 options. Both within my price range and type of mattress asked. Very polite and helpful assistant whose name is Ben. I needed the bed before 13th November and Ben quickly checked my choice would be delivered by then. Will be delivered on 10th. Happy day. Thank you Dreams

From the friendly welcome we received on arrival, your colleague Ben was brilliant, helpful, informative, patient, understanding and listened to our needs, to determine what would be best for us. Provided ppe needed so we were able to try several matresses for us to choose the best product for us. Despite being a new member of your team, had a good knowledge of products and was courteous throughout our visit, even providing us a drink. The overall experience was superb and we would thoroughly recommend the store to any of our friends.
