I felt Karen was very attentive, made you feel like she was your friend rather than just serving us as customers. I felt the visit went really well and got everything I had been looking for. I was a bit sad I didn’t get 20% off for buying a new mattress, divan bed base, headboard, £85 pillow and duvet as there was a 20% offer when buying a mattress and bedframe....I was not made aware of the 20% offer and also was not shown any bed frames.
