Store well laid out and we felt safe as covid precautions were highly satisfactory. Good choice of products and the assistant allocated to us was knowledgeable and patient.

The guy that helped us went above and beyond to get exactly what I was after and needed and explained everything to clear and well. His name was Nigel.

I needed a complete bed and mattress. Due to the assistance provided by the adviser i was more than happy to jut order and get everything done on that day. I would've looked around and tried other places/compared prices but the way the staff member assisted and preformed i was more than happy to just get the stuff. I was so impress at the staff member dealing with me that after i'd paid, I went and found the manager to make it known to the manager that this person was amazing today. Staff member was friendly never pressured, popped up at the right times, walked me through and assisted with finding the right bed, answered all my questions had great knowledge and provided water and a tape measure I had no stress and was provided for/taken care of. I can't remember her name due to it being on my paper work at home but top service. Again I've paid the money and it was a bit, but only because of the service i received in store that day.

My friend and I were met at the door by Nigel - he was very courteous, pleasant and very polite. After using the measurement bed, he showed us different types of mattresses and advised me which one to purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I didn't feel rushed or pressurised into making my purchase.

The Sales Assistant, Ben, was extremely helpful and friendly, and he gave us as much time as we needed.
