Karen answered all my questions & more… having had a Tempur mattress 11 yrs ago wanted to get as near to the original & she explained about the elite, and went through the others so I was clear I was getting the right one. Patience as tried back and forth trying different Tempur mattresses. Felt I was expected when I arrived after having booked appointment on-line, and understood straight away what I was after. Surprised how quick it could be delivered and more importantly that date can be adjusted, this was a USP for me. Showing paperwork on screen clearly & explaining everything

The sales assistant Rylan (Farnborough store) gave honest and helpful suggestions making the decision process easy. We felt his knowledge and insights pointed us to exactly what we needed.

The lady that dealt with us (Karen) was very knowledgeable and helpful so much so that we returned the following day to place an order.

Mike was very knowledgeable to what we wanted. showed us all sizes and weights of the mattress. offered coffee when we were ordering the item. he was very good with his cleanliness when using , passing mouse to myself and key board. had a problem with the size of mattress, not being shown on the paper work . so rang store to ask. left message. Mike rang back ten minutes later and confirmed the right size had been ordered.
