Karen answered all my questions & more… having had a Tempur mattress 11 yrs ago wanted to get as near to the original & she explained about the elite, and went through the others so I was clear I was getting the right one. Patience as tried back and forth trying different Tempur mattresses. Felt I was expected when I arrived after having booked appointment on-line, and understood straight away what I was after. Surprised how quick it could be delivered and more importantly that date can be adjusted, this was a USP for me. Showing paperwork on screen clearly & explaining everything

Mike was very knowledgeable to what we wanted. showed us all sizes and weights of the mattress. offered coffee when we were ordering the item. he was very good with his cleanliness when using , passing mouse to myself and key board. had a problem with the size of mattress, not being shown on the paper work . so rang store to ask. left message. Mike rang back ten minutes later and confirmed the right size had been ordered.

Geraldine at the Farnborough branch went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress, one that suited us both. She was extremely friendly and personable yet remained professional at all times. She is a credit to your company!!

The gentleman who served us was very professional, he was polite and well managed. He didn't To up sale any items or force us to buy new mattresses or pillows etc. He was very friendly and even managed to get to know us
