Was very impressed with the staff that served us. The lady does the company and the store much credit and deserves a praise.

We were greeted and being assisted by Nigel, in the Farnborough store. He was very helpful, knowing exactly what to show and for us to try out. Nigel was very funny and he made us feel at ease with no pressure to purchase anything straight away. Nigel ensured our experience was safe and enjoyable. Explained everything in detail and very chatty. We did not intend to purchase a mattress as we already have ordered one. However, after speaking with Nigel and trying the Sleep Match system, we purchased a new mattress in store. Very pleased overall.

Alexandre had very good product knowledge when using the sleep match machine with us then helping choosing a mattress. He was very good at explaining the 'science' of how the tempur mattresses work.
