The staff member (Ben at Farnborough) who first showed us around was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. On our second visit we were happy to see him again and on our 3rd we asked specifically for him as we were visiting to make a purchase. Good selection of beds and mattresses, honest and helpful customer service. Good combination for me. Very happy.
