We were served by Nigel at your Farnborough store - he knew every product inside and out and was able to guide us round the store amazingly. Couldn’t fault him - the whole experience was great - highly recommend him - we were greeted at the door which was nice - offered a drink whilst we sat down for the ordering process which couldn’t have been easier - he also went through extras like pillows and there was even PPE made available which was good

The choice of products Dreams had were enough for us to choose from. The price varied from what we would want and to get a discount of £266,60 was a bonus as being in the Army. I will definitely recommend highly to my fellow Army personnel to go to Dreams. All the measures put on place with regards to COVID safety were well placed. It did meant you have to wait on a queue to get into the store but it's worth as safety is paramount. The assistance provided by Karen was outstanding, she knew all the products and could offer us choices according to our needs. She remained polite and did offer us a bottle of water as well, so kind of her.
