We were helped by Jason who had excellent product knowledge, was extremely helpful and understanding of our two small children who were shopping with us. He also gave us the space to think about our purchase, without us feeling like we were being given the hard sell.

I’m glad we visited the store as I had already made up my mind I wanted a Tempur medium mattress but after speaking with Nigel and trying out the mattresses, my wife and I went for something we never would have considered but is actually so much better for us and more comfortable.
